2017 Macedon Ranges Gewürztraminer

Grown by us (Tim) from our little 5.5 acre patch of dirt (granite, mostly) in Macedon Ranges (Baynton East, just south of Heathcote). Everything was done by hand and only eco-carb was sprayed on the vineyard.

The wine was picked early and spent the night on skins, in the fridge. Barrel fermented on gross lees, where it remained for 11 months. No sulphur. 28 dozen made.
