2016. Sourced from Galli Estate, Heathcote. A really light playful wine. It spent 3 days, destemmed, in the fridge before being pressed into a combination of old oak and stainless steel vats for fermentation. The tank portion was fermented on Pinot Noir stems to add a bit of tannin. Unfiltered & unfined with no other additions (including zero S02 at any stage). Its fresh and should be drunk quickly.
