2015 was our First adventure into the Murray Darling region in North-West Victoria. The grapes were sourced from Chalmers in Merbein. We fermented it whole bunch in large plastic containers for 14 days, before pressing them into stainless steel. A touch of SO2 was added sometime before bottling. Its juicy, textured and a bit tannic. Best drunk from a pint glass with good people, crap people or alone.
