2016 Heathcote Carmenere. Grown by Hugh at Humis vineyards in Colbo (Northern Heathcote). 100% whole bunch, with short carbonic maceration and more maceration after that. Unfortunately we had some pH issues, so there was acid added and S02 at bottling. Not natty, but heaps tasty (and cheap). So get around it, smash it down from a mug in front of a fire on a cold night. Or just do whatever you want, we don't really care how you drink it :)
