Sourced from Galli Estate (Heathcote) in 2015. This is the second wine from the same parcel of fruit. Fermented in a picking bin and left on skins for four weeks. Aged in old barriques for 8 months and bottled with zero SO2. It's playful and fun but obviously Sangiovese. Pair with rissoles, kabana or other shitty bbq foods.
